Chad Thomas — Founder & Owner

Chad Thomas started roofing at age 15, working alongside his father who held one of Arizona's earliest roofing licenses. He grew up on roofs across the Phoenix metro during the era when the Valley was building out at speed — he learned every failure mode the desert climate produces before most contractors were in business.

He went on to work as a job foreman and production manager at a major Arizona roofing company, overseeing large residential and commercial roofing operations across the metro. In 2001, Chad and his wife Kathy founded Allstate Roofing Inc. — not as a sales operation that sends crews out, but as a contractor where the owner is personally involved with every project.

That personal involvement is still the operating model 25 years later. Chad Thomas still goes to job sites. He still reviews scopes personally for complex jobs. When something is not right, he knows it — because he has been doing this work since he was a teenager.

Allstate does not compete on price alone and does not grow by volume alone. The business grows through referrals from homeowners and property managers who received what they were quoted, on time, from a crew that treated their home with care.
